What is the advantage of the Dental
Solutions program?
The program was designed to make dental care
affordable for uninsured/underinsured
individuals, families and groups by
providing savings of 20% to 50%. In
addition, there are no benefit maximums, no
claim forms to submit and no waiting.
How do
I enroll in the plan?

How much does it cost to join Dental
Solutions?
$8.95/month for individuals and $11.95/month
for a family. You can save even more by
paying annually, $89/year for individuals
and $119/year for a family. A one-time $4.95
enrollment fee applies to either membership.
When
is my membership effective?
Upon receiving your ID card, you are
eligible to go to any participating Dental
Solutions provider and start
saving!
How do I start using the Dental Solutions?
As soon as you receive your ID card you may
contact any of the participating Dental,
Vision Pharmacy or Chiropractic providers and schedule
an appointment. You will need to present
your ID card at your appointment. The dental
office will verify your participation with
Dental Solutions. Payment is due to the
provider at the time of service.

What’s
the minimum and maximum age to join the
program?
There are no age limitations.

What is the advantage of the
electing Vision, Hearing, and Pharmacy &
Chiropractic Plan along with
Dental?
The Dental, Vision, Hearing, Pharmacy and
Chiropractic programs were designed to offer
Dental Solutions members the
opportunity to access additional savings on
their health care costs. The Vision plan
offers members access to over 11,000 vision
care centers nationwide. The plan can save
members 10% to 50% on vision products and
procedures. The Hearing plan offers members
access to over 1,400 Hearing providers
nationwide and can save members 15% on
hearing services and products. The Pharmacy
plan offers members average savings of 10%
to 50% at over 40,000 pharmacies nationwide.
And, the Chiropractic plan offers members
50% off all diagnostics and x-rays (except
in Colorado), and 30% on adjustments and
therapies at over 14,000 providers
nationwide.
